Creation of a comprehensive cloud platform (www.nebuacloud.com) offering scalable cloud infrastructure and services to businesses in Cabo Verde.
Outcome: Successfully launched a local cloud solution provider, offering competitive alternatives to international cloud services.
Partnership to End Addiction Booking System
Partnership to End Addiction (USA) · July 2024 – Present
Customization and modernization of the EasyAppointments system for handling bookings and counseling appointments, including migration to the latest CodeIgniter version and implementation of enhanced authentication, security, and reporting features.
Outcome: Enabled the NGO to manage appointments more efficiently and securely, supporting families and individuals affected by addiction.
LRT System
LRT · 2022 – Present
Development of a comprehensive platform for managing logistics, resources, and transport (LRT). Focused on scalable architecture, frontend development, and DevOps integration to ensure smooth deployments.
Outcome: Improved operational efficiency for logistics and transport management, ensuring reliability and scalability in production environments.
EMAR LMS/CMS (lms.emar.cv)
EMAR / emar.cv · 2022 – 2023
Developed and maintained the content management system powering lms.emar.cv, enabling editorial workflows, multi-language support, and content APIs consumed by the LMS and public site.
Outcome: Provided editors with a reliable CMS and APIs to feed content to the LMS and public portal, improving content update cadence and localization.
Real-Time Monitoring & Logging
NebuaCloud Internal · 2024 – Present
Extension of WebSocket with Socket.IO to stream real-time logs from Loki based on user session namespaces. Enabled developers to track system health, troubleshoot faster, and integrate observability into custom platforms.
Outcome: Delivered real-time observability for cloud-native applications, reducing downtime and improving response times.
Anabela Academy Landing Page
Anabela Academy · 2024
Design and development of a responsive single-page landing site for Anabela Academy, showcasing program offerings, brand identity, and lead capture forms. Includes SEO & analytics integration.
Outcome: Launched a polished landing page that improves brand presence, captures leads, and lays foundation for future expansion into full LMS features.

Nebuacloud is a cloud infrastructure platform originally built by Xlera and now operated as its own product, offering scalable cloud services to businesses in Cabo Verde. It's a distinct brand within the Xlera technology ecosystem, not another Xlera service.
